You can use Dupli-Color Wheel Coating by removing the wheel or leaving it on the vehicle. Simply mask off surrounding areas to prevent overspray, lightly sand or scuff, then wipe clean. Shake the can for 2 minutes before direct application. Apply 2 light coats, followed by 1 medium coat to build color. The paint is dry to the touch in 30 minutes and can be handled in 1 hour.
